Gcore Colocation places customer-owned servers and network hardware in enterprise-grade data centers. It combines the reliability of Tier II and above certified facilities with direct access to Gcore’s global network and built-in DDoS protection, with 24/7 on-site technical support included in every plan.

Rack options

Three configurations are available. Rack unit and full rack options can be ordered directly. Private cages are available on request for large enterprise deployments.

What’s included

Every plan includes the following regardless of rack type or location.

Power and cooling

Each rack includes redundant power at the committed capacity and active cooling managed by the data center facility. Customers who exceed their committed power allocation are charged an overcommit fee.

Network connectivity

Colocated equipment connects directly to Gcore’s global low-latency network, built for content delivery and high-performance applications. High-bandwidth internet access is part of the plan at every location. Additional connectivity services (IP Transit, IP Access, Cross-Connects, and Leased Lines) are available as separate add-ons.

DDoS protection

Traffic to colocated servers can be routed through Gcore’s own scrubbing infrastructure before reaching the equipment. It’s a native network capability, not a third-party service, and it’s included at no additional cost.

On-site technical support

Technical staff are on-site 24/7 to handle remote hands, hardware troubleshooting, racking and stacking, and emergency response. The Smart Hands service is available as a paid add-on for more complex work: hardware installation, component replacement, diagnostics, and cable management.

Billing model

Rack space is billed monthly based on rack type and location. Power is committed at a fixed allocation per rack; usage beyond that allocation is charged as an overcommit fee. Additional services such as Smart Hands and connectivity are billed separately. For current rates, see gcore.com/colocation or contact the sales team for a quote specific to your location and configuration.

Data center tiers

Gcore colocates in Tier II and above facilities certified under the Uptime Institute standard, including the same Tier III and Tier IV data centers used for Gcore’s own mission-critical infrastructure.
TierUptimeRedundancy model
Tier II99.741%Redundant capacity components
Tier III99.982%N+1 concurrent maintainability
Tier IV99.995%2N fully fault-tolerant
Tier III facilities provide concurrent maintainability, meaning hardware can be serviced without taking the system offline. Tier IV adds full fault tolerance, meaning any single component failure does not interrupt operations.
